Johnson being not up to the job of PM is not news. We knew this from the start. Just as we know Brexit is a disaster for the UK’s future. What is tragic for the British, mostly English, people who voted for him is that they were content to put him in charge. They’d been fed for years by the billionaire-owned media the lie that the quality of politicians is irrelevant provided they don’t interfere with the market, because the market runs the country. The majority of the electorate could not know that a huge existential threat which the market cannot handle was on the horizon. Nor appreciate how much the financialisation of our society and its attendant public austerity had undermined our resilience to handle such a national emergency. Now we are reaping the consequences in tens of thousands of avoidable deaths.

There is perceptibly a lot to realize about this. I think you made various good points in features also. Nora Erie Fablan
